The ginger and turmeric are "gardened not farmed" from the Simple Gourmet and from local farmers at the market in Waimea. The hibiscus is from Ancient Leaf Tea Company in Papaikou on the Hilo side of Hawaii and a few other Waimea farmers, including a small contribution from my own garden. The pikake flower is from my garden and the pikake essential oil is from a small company, Hana Nai'a.
