Turquoise River Tea
I created this tea to help navigate 2020 healthfully, with a specific visualization in mind. Take a few deep breaths and just give it a try.
........Imagine yourself floating in a beautiful turquoise river, with golden sunlight warming your body, as you calmly float in its nurturing current. The gentle trickling sounds of the water lapping over the smooth stones beneath you, soothing your senses, as you continue to drift in the sparkling water's embrace........Now, take another breath and give yourself a moment to drink this in. We all need and want to be replenished, daily. So give yourself this beautiful gift.
I drink Turquoise River tea mid morning or afternoon, while doing this meditation. It always helps me feel renewed and reenergized. Knowing this tea is packed with high levels of antioxidants and vitamins, that help protect the body and support immune health, while also accelerate tissue and cell regeneration, is a added bonus. 2) Allow your tea to steep 5-10 minutes (more is just fine too).
3) Let your tea ritual time begin. Really allow yourself to pause and relax, turn off your phone, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Then, taking a few sips, allow the roots and flowers to open and nourish your senses.
